Eyelash Snowflakes Kayla trailed through the snow. It wasn't her favourite time of year; that was for sure. If anything it was the worst time of year. The whole season was just a reminder. A reminder of how things should be, but aren't. Sometimes she wished the snow would disappear and Winter along with it. But it was impossible. There wasn't a Santa Clause nor angels to fulfill her wishes. All she had was herself to rely on, and unfortunately she couldn't make the snow disappear.

As she ducked through trees she smiled. She had found her haven of imperfection among the perfectly white snow. It wasn't easy to find this place the first time, but a few years back
